I have a thing for missions patches, both military and civilian. There’s something about the symbology of them, the occasional humor, and the iconographic aspect that really appeals to my graphic design sensibilities. They’re logos, but they’re also badges. They fulfill a very practical role, and at the same time are often quite whimsical.
